We are looking for a high-level Personal Branding Specialist
to support the strategic positioning of our client, a senior Business Consultant
with international exposure.
100% Remote job.
Your missions
Your main objective at this position is to build, refine, and scale a strong personal brand that positions the Business Consultant as:
● An authority in business consulting and strategy ;
● A thought leader in international and cross-border business ;
● A trusted expert for institutions, investors, and high-level partners.
Your scope of work will cover :
1. Personal Brand Discovery
● Define a clear and compelling core narrative (story, values, mission)
● Identify and structure authority pillars, including:
- Business consulting
- International strategy
- Capital advisory
- Leadership Africa–U.S.–Europe projects
● Conduct competitor and positioning analysis
2. Online Identity Optimization
● Rewrite and optimize bio on social media (LinkedIn / Instagram / Website)
● Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning
● Align visuals and messaging across all platforms
3. Visibility & Authority Building
● Design a weekly content system
● Define thought-leadership themes and angles
● Prepare video content scripts
● Develop a recognizable signature style (personal brand framework / method)
4. Digital Footprint Management
● Audit current online presence (Google, social platforms)
● Recommend and implement strategies to:
- Strengthen positive and authoritative search results
- Reduce fragmentation or weak positioning
● Support creation of expert articles and long-form content
