On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Director to be based in Nigeria.
Your missions
Missions and Activities:
- Monitoring the projects in Nigeria in compliance with the project specifications, budget, and quality standards,
- Building strong relationships with clients and shareholders,
- Ensure control of costs, deadlines, performance, and product quality,
- Supervising the planification and coordinate contractors,
- Make sure permits are secured to execute the construction project.
- Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams
Your profile
Skills :
- Mastery of building techniques
- Regulatory and legal knowledge
- Mastery of tendering processes for public-private partnerships
- Project management software (architecture and project), CAD, BIM
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team management and leadership
- Negotiation and leadership skills
- Customer focus, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
